ووفقا للقرار الصيني فإن أبل انتهكت الحقوق الخاصة بتصميمات شركة مصنعة محلية تدعى “تشنزين بايلي”، مشيرا إلى أن تصميمات هواتف آيفون 6 و6 بلس قريبة الشبه من الهواتف التي تصنعها الشركة المحلية، وتحديدا من عائلة 110C.

ويمكن لأبل أن تستأنف القرار، وهو ما سيتيح لها مواصلة عملية بيع أجهزتها في الصين في الوقت الراهن.

ويشمل القرار الحالي العاصمة بكين، إلا أنه يفتح الباب أمام المزيد من قرارات حظر البيع المستقبلية في مناطق أخرى من الصين.

ووفقا لتقديرات المحللين، فإن القرار الأخير سيقلق أبل، خصوصا أن الصين أكبر وأهم أسواق الشركة خارج الولايات المتحدة.
